I am currently In-Network with the following insurance companies: Anthem, Blue Shield of California, United Healthcare, Oxford, Aetna, and Cigna. Please contact me if you would like to discuss using your insurance benefits to work with me.

If I am out of network with your insurance provider, and you receive Out Of Network coverage through your insurance carrier, I can provide you with a receipt of services so you can request reimbursement through your insurance carrier. Please contact me for more information about this process.

I accept payment via debit or credit card, or HSA card at the end of each session. Since I’m currently only providing virtual sessions, you will have access to a secure client portal where you will be able to make payments.

I will provide you with a “Good Faith Estimate” notice that will give you details about the expected non-emergency costs of your therapy services. If you are billed at least $400 more than the amount provided to you on your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
